WHAT HAPPENED?
A new report from journalist Jeremias Wernek claims that Gremio striker Suarez is considering remaining with the Brazilian club for another season. The ex-Barcelona and Liverpool star scored a brilliant hat-trick in a 4-3 win over Botafogo on Saturday, and the change is said to have occured after the game, due to fans chanting for him to remain at the club.

Tata Martino, Inter Miami's manager, has spoken previously of planning to include the striker in his squad for next season. There have also been reports that Miami and Gremio have already agreed a deal for Suarez to move in the winter, but it remains to be seen if the Uruguayan will have a change of heart.
