    Per , Laporta is being investigated for alleged fraud for the second time in a month. He and his former partner, Joan Olive, are accused of failing to return €50,000 to a private investor.

    Between 2016 and 2018, Laporta and Olive are alleged to have raised money from several investors into a company they run. Now, they are being accused of failing to return the money that has been invested. They are already under investigation for failing to return €4.7m (£4m/$5m) to another complainant.
